Wendy Lawrance is an acknowledged academic writer, author and authority on the First World War, with over sixty published academic titles, a published novel, and numerous articles to her name, in a professional career now spanning more than twelve years.
Wendy has a keen interest and expertise in First World War Poetry and Poets, in particular, and has contributed her knowledge to several academic forums, magazines and universities.
Carole McEntee-Taylor is a published author of several military history books, and specialises in military biographies, including works on Herbert Columbine VC; Surviving the Nazi Onslaught, the story of Rifleman Ted Taylor; A Battle Too Far; and From Colonial Warrior to Western Front Flyer.
Carole’s other works include a history of Military Detention Colchester from 1947; The Battle of Bellewaarde 1915; and a specially commissioned biography of John Doubleday, the internationally famous sculptor and artist for his book, The Work.
Carole is also an author of several recently published World War Two novels and a trustee of Help 4 Homeless Veterans.
